小さな栗の入ったつぶあんを、ヨモギを練りこんだ求肥で包み、きなこをまぶした細長いお菓子です。
羊羹やういろうのように切っていただきます。

包みを開くときなこがふんわりと香ります。
食べるときなこよりもヨモギが主張します。
つぶあんはあまり気になりませんでしたが、栗もあまり感じませんでした。
春の味を楽しめるお菓子だと思います。
