SinatraでRack::Auth::OpenIDとshotgunの相性が悪い

Sinatraを使ってRack::Auth::OpenID等を使う場合、 shotgunを使って開発をしていると、check_authentication関係のエラーが出てくる事があるようです。

rackupを利用すれば問題は起きないのですが、Sessionがらみの問題でしょうか。shotgunが無いとリロードが結構面倒なので、はやく回避策が見つかると良いです。
