Xcodeのバージョンアップをしてから、/Developer ディレクトリがなくなり
/Applicationsの下に引っ越したようなので、
xcodebuildコマンドが動かなくなりました。

xcode-selectコマンドで新しい場所を教えて上げる必要があるようです。

xcode-select -switch /Applications/Xcode.app

これでok.
