git svn rebaseを行って conflict が発生した場合、
(no branch) になってしまいます。
この場合、手動でconflictを解決してcommitしたあと、

でコミットのハッシュを確認し、git checkoutでmerge先のブランチに
移動してから git merge <commit hash> すればokのようです。
