設定ー＞プライバシーー＞連絡帳ー＞リクエストしたアプリ

で変更できる。変更すると、リクエストしたアプリは SIGKILL で殺される。不許可方向は当然だが、なんと許可方向でも殺される。なので、アプリ内でフォアにきたとき

で再リクエストするようなコードは意味がない。アプリの起動時のみでいい。
